I work with complex systems and bring that experience to founders, small teams, and growing businesses across many industries. I’m a generalist by nature, which means I see patterns quickly, connect dots others miss, and help turn scattered thoughts into clear, workable plans. If something feels tangled, overwhelming, or “almost there,” that’s usually where I thrive. People often come to me when they have an idea of what they want to build or change but aren’t sure how to move forward.

I’m known for being easy to talk to, thoughtful in my approach, and very good at helping things feel doable. Together, we create clarity, structure, and next steps that actually fit the humans involved on a sensible timeline.
